Business Development Executive

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to drive company revenue through effective lead generation and sales strategies.

This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a proactive approach to finding new opportunities. The candidate must be punctual, professional, and committed to achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• • Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and other platforms.

• • Present and pitch company services to prospective clients.

• • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• • Maintain records of sales activities, progress reports, and client feedback.

• • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

• • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).

• • Good understanding of IT services / products (preferred, can be trained).

• • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• • Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
