Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales Team and help expand our client base in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our custom software development, web/mobile app solutions, and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international and domestic markets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
    • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored IT solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
    • Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, B2B portals, email campaigns, and other sources.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
    • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
    • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc. (preferred).
    • Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
