Requirements

- Handle and resolve client queries with efficiency and professionalism.

- Communicate effectively through email, chat, or phone support.

- Understand and fulfill client requirements in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction.
Skill & Experience

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools.

- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written English).

- Professional, polite, and active in client interactions.

- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a positive work culture
