Junior Quality Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior QA Engineer to join our QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic QA knowledge who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of test plans, identifying bugs, and validating product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in writing and executing test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
  • Help identify bugs and inconsistencies and log them clearly in the tracking system.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and senior QA engineers to understand project requirements and testing needs.
  • Learn and apply testing best practices to ensure product quality.
  • Perform basic API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Conduct UI/UX validation on multiple browsers and devices.
  • Support regression testing during software updates and deployments.
  • Maintain basic QA documentation such as test case reports and checklists.

Requirements:

• • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manual testing and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Basic knowledge of testing web applications and responsive designs.
  • Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarity with REST API testing using Postman (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn automation and testing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to improve product quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
