Quality Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and improving testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.

• • Create, update, and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual and/or automated).

• • Identify bugs, document them clearly, and work closely with developers for timely resolution.

• • Perform various types of testing: Functional, Regression, UI/UX, Cross-browser, and Mobile.

• • Ensure product quality throughout development and deployment cycles.

• • Collaborate with the development, design, and product teams to ensure project quality.

• • Provide feedback to enhance performance, usability, and security.

• • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile environment).

Requirements:

• • 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

• • Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.

• • Experience with test management tools (like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).

• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• • Attention to detail and ability to think from an end-user perspective.

• • Familiarity with web technologies and basic SQL.
