Sales Coordinator – Day Shift

Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to join our sales team in the day shift. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in international IT sales and coordination. You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to manage client communication, lead tracking, and backend coordination for overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in daily communication with clients via emails and calls.

• • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, development, marketing) to ensure timely project updates.

• • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

• • Maintain records and updates in CRM software.

• • Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

• • Conduct basic research on potential leads and market trends.

• • Support the sales team in achieving targets and enhancing client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

• • Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided).

• • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.

• • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
