Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Training & Placement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education/training sector and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for corporate training, student placements, and partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with colleges, universities, and corporate clients.
  • Promote training programs (technical, soft skills, job readiness, etc.) to educational institutions and training seekers.
  • Pitch placement services to employers, HR teams, and recruiters.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the training team to tailor offerings based on client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in EdTech, Training, or HR industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for target-driven performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling IT training, bootcamps, or placement services.
  • Knowledge of tech stacks or training domains (like Full Stack, Digital Marketing, etc.).
