Scrum Master

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Scrum Master to join our project management team at Tekki Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience facilitating Agile processes, a deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, and a proven ability to foster team collaboration, remove impediments, and drive high-performance Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer value and team productivity.

  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify and eliminate impediments that affect the team's ability to meet sprint goals.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs.

  • Monitor and track team metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress to identify areas for improvement.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, BA, Design) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, openness, and accountability within the team.

  • Ensure Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp are properly used for visibility and reporting.

  • Contribute to organization-wide Agile adoption and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

  • Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Hands-on experience using project management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to drive team engagement and support high-performance delivery.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

  • Experience working in cross-functional distributed teams is a plus.
