System Administrator Executive

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator Executive (Fresher) to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in IT infrastructure and system support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic network or desktop issues.
• Provide first-level support for internal IT tickets and user queries.
• Perform routine system checks and backups.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Assist in managing users, permissions, and access controls.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Support the IT team in various infrastructure and upgrade projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or pursuing final year).
• Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and system security.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
