UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that elevate our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather actionable insights.

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to bring design ideas to life.

• • Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, and mockups.

• • Design interfaces that adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to consistent, scalable design systems.

• • Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

• • Work closely with front-end developers to bridge the gap between design and code.

• • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, best practices, and technologies.

• • Participate in agile/scrum workflows, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX deliverables into the development process.

Requirements:

• • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking.

• • Proficiency in design tools like Axure RP, InVision, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap (front-end development experience is a plus).

• • Experience working within code-based design systems and version control workflows.

• • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, mental models, personas, and user behavior.

• • Skilled in using storyboarding, journey mapping, and service design techniques.

• • Sound knowledge of usability, accessibility, and visual design heuristics.

• • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your design decision.
